Wear resistant components: landing gear bushings, sliding bearings, stable operation in a wide temperature range of -200 ℃~260 ℃.

2. Medical and health care

Implanted instruments:

Orthopedics: Replace metal spinal fusion devices and artificial joints to avoid interference from magnetic resonance imaging.

Dentistry: CAD/CAM dental crown abutment with elastic modulus close to that of human bones, reducing "stress shielding".

Surgical tools: Handle resistant to repeated high-pressure sterilization at 134 ℃, disinfection container 35.

3. New energy vehicles

Battery system: Insulation partition, motor winding skeleton (UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, high voltage resistance>30kV/mm) .

Powertrain: Fuel pipes, turbocharger components, resistant to 150 ℃ high temperature oil corrosion.

Semiconductor manufacturing: wafer carriers, lithography machine components, capable of withstanding 260 ℃ lead-free soldering process.

5G equipment: High frequency connector with low dielectric loss (dielectric constant 3.2-3.3), ensuring signal integrity.

Chemical equipment: reactor liner, valves, resistant to sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid corrosion.

Wear resistant parts: textile guides, paper machine scrapers, reduce lubrication demand.
